THIS IS AN OLD BURDIZZO CASTRATION TOOL MADE IN ITALY. USED - THERE IS SOME PITING AND NEEDS CLEANED. IT IS 15 1/2 inches LONG AND AT THE CLAMP END 3 1/2 inches WIDE.
