This is a Tractor Supply Co HOL DEM Electric Fence Energizer / Controller Model 980. Plugs directly into a 110V outlet. Has a ground and hot posts which use wingnuts for easy connection to your fence. It's specs are: 105-125v AC, 50/60Hz, used with 10 to 17 AWG wire. It has a Controller OK light to check for a good ground and a Fence light which lets you know if the fence is shorting on a T-post somewhere. I'm not sure what the pulse interval or peak voltage is. I do know they are both suffecient though, as I have been shocked by the fence upon contact. This unit was barn kept and used to supply power to a horse paddock.
