This is a lot of assorted Drill Bits, Counter bores, Countersinks for a metal lathe or mill. Sizes include 5/16, 1/2, 1/2, 1/2 x 25/32, 3/8 x 27/32, 1/2 x 1/2, a couple are unmarked. The countersink set says it has sizes 1 through 5, but one is missing so it appears that sizes 2-5 are left. Most of them have HS or HSS on them, which stands for High Speed and High Speed Steel (as if you don't know). I don't see brand names except for Keo Cutters (the countersink set), and Osborn (UK, 1/2"). Please see my pictures.
