Warranty: All parts come with a 10 day Test and Inspection period from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise, replacement will be arranged or a refund given solely at our discretion. Any purchaser will indemnify us and hold us harmless from any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of items sold by us in any matter that would render the above warranty invalid. We shall not be held responsible for any expense including but not limited to: Installation, removal, transportation, incidentals, exemplary, punitive or consequential damage(s), loss of profits or revenue, injury or death to any person or property caused by items of our sale. Our liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price of any defective item sold. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, other than set out above.
