Individually tested and absolutely the lowest price anywhere to date! These antennas will "fine tune" your listening experience! This is not a necessity for your scanner to work because your scanner comes from the manufacturer with its very own antenna. However, their antenna is long and can get in your way while sitting in those close seated stands! It constantly stabs you in your side, or the person next to you several times during the race. After awhile you and the person next to you will get very tired and aggrevated with it. SmartRaceFan Communications builds these "Stubby" Antennas in our very own shop to help eliminate that problem. But of course, the main purpose of the stubby antenna is to reduce the coverage area that your scanner will pick up. This is especially good when at particular events that you want to narrow in on close proximities, such as NASCAR. During the event just replace the manufacturer's antenna with the Stubby and your coverage area is narrowed or fine tuned while you are using the scanner at the track and of course the bulkiness and stabbing is also eliminated! When using the scanner away from the track, simply remove the Stubby and replace it with the manufacturer's antenna in order to restore your coverage range. There are many things to enjoy at the track and there are some things that will aggrevate you - why not eliminate any aggrevation that you can? (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
