I have cleaned this some with simple green soap and water and then tested each leg and all work.In good condition three way that connects to the 125V cep power dist. box and others.This is a twist lock plug,no holes or cuts visible in the wire shield.Ericson perma-tite turn & pull 20 amp 3 way
