THIS IS A OLD PIPE THREADER, IT SAYS 3926, IT DOES RATCHET AND IT WORKS. IT IS 36" LONG, WE ARE NOT SURE HOW BIG OF PIPE IT WOULD DO, BUT WE THINK IT WONT GO OVER A 2" PIPE. THERE IS NO NAME ON IT.
