Vintage Conical Bee Smoker ~ Maple Panels-Good Leather Click to view supersized image Click to view supersized image Click to view supersized image Click to view supersized image We are offering a Vintage Bee Smoker in very good condition. Smoker measures approx. 9.5 inches in height, and has a depth, at its widest base point of approx. 9 inches. Panels on the smoke bellows appear to be maple (as evidenced by the fine graining) and are in very good shape. The leather comprising the bellows itself is all good...no tears, obvious cracking or noticeable holes. Leather is tacked into the sides of the maple panels with small round head nails. Bellows mechanism works on spring mounted pressure...no problems with operation. Conical smoking chamber opens at the bottom, as shown in the photo. Interior of the chamber has a pierced barrier, behind which the smoking material is ignited. Deploying the bellows, forces the smoke out of a small hole in the top of the conical "smoke box". A piece of vintage beekeeper equipment in very good condition. Photos are an accurate representation of condition. Smart Services for Smart Sellers (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
