The HP Model 4276A LCZ Meter is a fully automatic, high performance test instrument designed to measure the inductance, capacitance, dissipation factor, quality factor, conductance, equivalent series resistance, impedance magnitude, and phase of electronic components and devices. Frequency range: 100HZ to 20kHZ & 001 Spot Frequencies Accuracy: ±0.01 of selected spot frequencies Measurements include: |Z|-theta, L, C-D, Q, L-D, ESR, G, high speed L, and high speed C SPOT Key: Allows frequently used spot frequencies—100Hz, 120Hz, 1kHz, and 10kHz to be quickly selected. Option 002: Equips the standard 4276A with 16064A Comparator/Handler Interface for go/no-go testing and automatic bin sorting. Up to nine sets of HIGH/LOW limits for one DISPLAY A function (L,C, or |Z|-theta and one set of HIGH/LOW limits for one DISPLAY B function (D,Q,ESR, or G) can be manually keyed in from the 16064A, or entered via HP-IB Test Fixture 16047A: Measures either axial-or radial-lead components.
