This is an original battery and coil box for an early engine. Looks like it was designed to hold ignitor coil and four #6 dry cells. Has original knife switch mounted on side. Box measures 9 3/4" wide 8 1/4" high and 6 1/4" deep. All corners are finger jointed, their is no rot, decay, or insect damage. There is a shrinkage crack in the top board.Hinges and catch are original, box has never been painted or worked on. It is just dirty. NR. All sales final. Thanks for your interest.
