Nice No. 58B Jacobs headstock spindle chuck and key. Thread mounting diameter is 1 1/2", 8 TPI. Threads are in fine order. Some slight surface pitting at exterior base, as seen in photos. Chuck is stamped No 58B HEADSTOCK CHUCK 1/8 - 5/8 CAP. 1 1/2 x 8 PI SPINDLE JACOBS MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This will fit any lathe accepting mounting diameter and TPI specs, such as South Bend 9", 10K, Atlas 10", Craftsman 12", Logan 9", 10" and many others.
