Here are 2 two Wilson Rockwell hardness tester dials. They are the good ones from Federal products and you can read the dial face too. The movement seems good; they are not stuck and the stem goes in and out freely. One is the earlier flat face HRC / HRB regular type and the other convex face black rim for HR15N superficial type. Both can be used on 3JR or S or OUR or S type testers. No cross-pin, make your own or re-use to connect the stem to tester. They should meet your needs but As - Is / no warranty.
