Well now, our Hello Proto PCB service will make all these a thing of the past! 2 - e-mail. e-mail us - Clara-Sanchez@machine--tools.com - with your output files (Gerber 2:3 output files and NC drill files) Boards are high quality 1oz, 2-sided (single sided also available), complete with soldermask and silkscreen on both sides! For full specifications, please see below. - NO MINIMUM ORDER - JUST £9.99 + £0.79/sq. in. - * 2-sided or single sided available * includes soldermask and silkscreen on both sides * 8/8 - Min. track width 8 mils, mmin. spacing 8 mils * No limits on number of tracks, pads, vias, holes, number of hole sizes * Boards routed to size (Please indicate board edges with markers, or a mechanical layer). We can route complex (non-rectangular) designs - however board area is calculated by a rectangle drawn around the design * No internal routed edges (i.e., we won't route out shapes in the board) * RoHS-compliant / LEAD-FREE available upon request (let us know when submitting your boards) Please note that we do not perform any electrical rule checking on your PCB design. If your circuit won't work, or you borked the design, we won't be able to detect that for you. We will, however, perform simple DRC checking to ensure that your board can be fabbed without any problem. If our fab house encounters a problem with fabrication that was not detected by our DRC, we will inform you and refund your purchase in full. Gerber 2:3 format files and NC drill files - easily output from Protel DXP, Eagle, Easytrax - just about any PCB software under the sun.
