Listed is a pair of old unique hoof nippers. Geared for leverage. I can not make out the name but shows that they were patented. 13" long- They are tight at the swivel. They weigh 2.8#. so you can tell they are sturdily made with excellent leverage. It appears that some type of blade adjusting screw is twisted off-a mechanically inclined person could probably take an easy out and remove it. I have not seen another pair like these any where. They function well.
