I am selling my Uniden BC246T handheld scanner. I have had this scanner less than a week and have used it only once. You can use this scanner to monitor trunked public safety systems, police and fire departments (including rescue and paramedics), NOAA weather transmissions, business/industrial radio, utilities, marine and amateur (ham radio bands), air band, railroad and CB radio. The reason I am selling it is because the scanner is incompatible with the digital trunk system that my county police departments use. It does work well with my local fire departments. This scanner is like new (no scratches or blemishes). The box and packing materials are all included along with all accessories and manuals that were originally included with the scanner... · Ni-MH rechargeable batteries The only difference between this scanner and a store bought one is that I deleted the sample “major metropolitan†frequencies that came pre-loaded (you likely would have ended up deleting these anyway).
