This is a lathe face plate that measures 12" diameter. It has a 2" hole that is threaded. I cant quite match it up with my thread gage, looks closest to 4-1/2 tpi. * If you are exempt you will need to send me a properly filled out MA exemption form * If there is a problem, please contact me 1st and give me a chance to correct it * I fill out any custom forms honestly and will not devalue the price. * All photos are taken of the actual items.
