Heinrich Pneumatic Cross Drill Jig Model 305 Heinrich Pneumatic Cross Drill Jig with foot treadle and hose. On the Heinrich website they are going for $391.60. I originally bought it with to cross drill small shafts. I only used it for one or two jobs. I would guess less than 500 pieces drilled. It still works fine. I modified the top clamp plate slightly by adding a 1/4-20 brass screw to help hold the shaft to be drilled without marking it. It comes with 2 liners 5/16" ID and 1/2" ID. The 5/16" liner takes .0135 - .1935 standard slip fit "SF" ASA bushings. The 1/2" liner takes .1405 - .3437 standard slip fit "SF" ASA bushings. The liners have "V" tapered ends for chip clearance. Drills are guided by A.S.A. slip fit, "SF", bushings fitted into adapter liners in the clamping plate. Bushings are held in position by an adjustable lock screw. Plate is held in alignment and positioned by hardened and ground guide pins and locking plunger. The adapter liner in the clamping plate is accurately centered, within a tolerance of .001", above the hardened and ground 60º V-Block. It comes with a 9" adjustable stop rod, and adjustable stop.
