RACAL RA-6790/GM RECEIVER IN CABINET with VLF PROMS I have a Racal RA-6790/GM receiver for sale. This one has the VLF Proms in it, allowing it to tune in 1, 10, and 100 KHz steps down to 20 KHz. The installed filters are the .4; 1.2; 3.24; 6.8 and 16 KHz units. The receiver passes the BITE test routine with no problems. It also has the remote control interface card installed, and is housed in a great looking gray rack cabinet made by Schroff. The cabined is solidly built of cast aluminum panels, and has collapsing front “feet†to elevate the unit for easier visiblility and tuning. Makes a nice looking radio even nicer! Note the photos showing the back lit display panels that are crisp and easy to read. All controls are smooth and operate as they should. You can see from the photos that this is a fine looking radio, and it is working just as well! Minimal marks on the front panel.
