The box and level both have the number 74-019-246 marked on them. There are some Brass parts and some parts that have a black finish. The ring on the outside has numbers on it. The level bubble is in good condition, no cracks and not cloudy. The pieces seem to move freely, the long brass piece does extend about another 1 1/2" inches and I can see through it. It is marked on the inside: "Bostrom's No. 2 Level Pat'd." The wood box has damage on the top, inside and out, shown in the pics.
