One of the most important things that radio hams often disregard, is the need for a really good RF Earth System.
The system allows for up to 3m between your first equipment connection, ideally your ATU, and the first earth rod. Thick 25mm earth wire is provided for this purpose. The first rod has an earth block for connection to the second rod and allows for future expansion.
The rods run in series, as opposed to the standard version G0PNR RF System, where each rod spans out individually
Care must be considered that the length of the 25m earth cable connection between the equipment and the first rod is not near quarter wavelength of any bands you may use. In this situation, the inductive reactance XL would be high and the earth connection poor or non-existent. I can always help with this - so talk to me.
You will probably need to acquire a decent lump hammer for the rods.
