Ferrite Bead T20 Set of 10 - EMI/RFI LAN Ethernet These beads are from Compaq and it has the part number 316015-001(September 2003). According to the direction sheet that is in each bag they are for the LAN cable, that goes in the back of your computers or other electronics. This product complies with EN55022B and FCC Class B requirements. The inside diameter of this bead is 9/32". Ferrite Beads reduce electromagnetic and radio frequency interference ( EMI / RFI ...). They can be very useful in attenuation of unwanted RF signals that stray from your electronic cables. Cut down on RFI (radio frequency interference) with this effective and easy to use clamp-type split ferrite choke core. Simply snap it over any LAN, Ethernet, power cord, cable, or audio cord. Uses high-performance ferrites (Nickel-Zinc) that reduce high frequency noise. Split ferrite assembly are fully enclosed in a Nylon case. Can be installed before or after product setup and assembly.
