This is a vintage grinding wheel that clamps to a table and has a handle to hand turn the wheel. It works and seems to be in nice shape for its age. Stamped in the inside metal is B 45 PAT PEND. The wheel is about 5 inches across, and from the bottom of the clamp to the top of the wheel is about 10 inches. It would work great for sharpening tools or for a collector.
