Coordinate Orientation Tool Assembly With the interchangeable ball targets/ball probe adapters, this portable kit was designed to allow the user to tie together electronic theodolites with portable CMM's and use them together on the same project. This can also be used to check the volumetric accuracy of instruments being used. This kit can be used as a table top model, or you can mount it on any 3 1/2"-8 instrument mount. This "one-of-a-kind" kit consists of the following: 2. Three 3/4"-10 Trivet Bolts with jam nuts for leveling 3. Three Brunson Model 744 Ball Targets 4. Four 1/4" Ball Probe Adapters. 5. Center Post ( 11 7/8" High) 6. 3/8-24 Threaded Connector for installing Center Post 7. Plastic Carrying Case with Foam Inserts Specifications of the ball target are as follows: Center dot and concentric circles are centered within +/- .0005". Ball height in any mount is .894"-.896" to the top of ball. Specification of the 1/4" ball probe adapters are as follows: Height to top of 1/4" ball is .5210" +/- .0005" Precision shank diameter is .2492"- .2497" (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
