Manual and 3 test leads are included. Manual has schematic, operation instructions, etc. It is used to measure AC or DC volts, and ohms. Ohmeter does not work, but there is a battery for ohmeter, so that is more than likely the problem. It measured DC volts OK. AC volts, not sure. The meter indicated a voltage, but either I read meter wrong, or it needs calibration. Leads are OK, with a few melt marks and some minor dry-rot. So it needs a little work to get it back to 100%. It is not a museum piece, but it would make a nice purchase for a Heathkit collector, or technician/electrician/mechanic.
