Solar Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet Shade 9-13
This auto-darkening helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter, and harmful UV & IR under normal welding conditions. The fast response time prevents eye-flash or eye-injury. The shade of the lens can be adjusted according to the welding conditions. The electronic control system can distinguish the welding light from sunlight. The solar cells can preserve energy from welding light or natural light, the backup Lithium battery can supply energy for two years. The helmet is very easy to use, there is no switch needed to turn it off when not welding, and the helmet enters sleeping mode automatically. When welding it can wake up and work right away. The filter automatically changes from a light state to a dark state when an arc is struck, and it returns to the light state when welding stops.
Covered electrodes, MIG on heavy metals, MIG light alloys, TIG on all metals and alloys, MAG, Arc-air gouging, Plasma jet cutting, Microplasma arc welding.
Cautions: It does not provide protection against Autogen welding or Laser welding.
