This commercial-grade, Penninger trailer hitch mount makes mounting large masts and antennas easy, fast and secure. All heavy-duty aluminum and stainless-steel construction insures long-life and rugged performance. Designed originally with FIRST RESPONSE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS in mind, this system is intended to deploy rapidly in the field. Also great for Field Day, Camping or permanent mast/antenna mounting at home or work. The TH-24 shown here consists of Penninger's Model TC-24 base mount and the HM-24 Trailer Hitch assembly. Penninger's Model TP/TC-24 base mount measures 25" x 5.5" x 5.5" and includes a 24" x 2" x 1/8" fold-over tube (starter tube). The starter tube is drilled near the bottom to accomodate the pivot and a top wingnut / bolt holds the tube upright for normal use. Penninger's MC200 Mast Clamp or Snap Tubes provide convenient and durable attachments for additional 2" masting or vertical antennas. Reducer Bushings for other size masts and Guy accessories are also available.
