Chicago Dreis & Krump 50-75 Ton Model 810-C Press Brake. Tested functional. No tooling. This unit has about a 100" clear between frame verticals and can take extensions for continous slip work up to about 10'. The throat depth (in front of the frame) is about 8"? This unit would be good for Uni-Punch pilot/R&D work. These images above give an idea what The tool holding slots look like in cross-section. Total width of the lower tool holding bar is about 3" as shown below. The tool holding bars are right at 10 feet long as shown above. As shown below, there is 14 to fifteen inches of space between the upper and lower tool holders (The dial indicator was zeroed for this shot but it could probably go enough higher to make the opening 15 inches). The images that follow were taken before we removed the special t-slot and bolt hole matrix tooling. THIS TOOLING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. It is listed separately. Estimated weight of this unit is 14,000 pounds. The purchaser will have to take care of whatever requirements there maybe of OSHA compatibility. Again, the T-slot and Bolt-matrix tooling shown in some of these images is NOT INCLUDED in this listing-it is listed separately. There are mechanical counters to show the position of the screw jack rams. We have now powered the unit up and the reading is 0000 after raising it. The drive motor has a variable speed drive on it. We don't have the crank for adjusting the tension which changes the pulley diameter. It runs just fine as it is. The motor is 5 hp 3-phase. The top of the bottom tool holder is about 30" off the floor. The frame is about 4 feet front to back. The maximum front to back distance counting the drive motor frame is about 6 feet. The total height is about 99 inches and the total width is just under 11 feet. Additional similar items may be listed separately or available on request. Might be just what you need for your serious Press Break application. Condition looks good functional used. We have now powered it up and cycled it. It runs smoothly, including the ram adjustment. We did not get any tooling (other than the t-slot platten and bolt-hole-matrix anvil set) or back-gauge. Our partner who bought this is now deceased and we know very little about the unit.
