“SAMPLE” will not appear on the print you purchase ... it is only on the scanned image.
The Model 6 in the foreground, and the Model 80-D in the background, are excavating clay in a borrow pit known as the “Marsrow Pit” on State Line Road on the north side of the Michigan-Ohio state line, near Toledo. The 2 Northwests are windrowing the clay borrow, which will then be reloaded by a CATERPILLAR 980-B Loader and trucked some 5 miles into Toledo to construct a section of I-75 known as ODOT Project #516(70). The Northwest Model 6, s/n: 22461, swings a 1-1/2 CY bucket, and the Model 80-D, s/n: 19606, is swinging a 2-1/2 CY bucket.
