A nice VHF/UHF FT-4700RH mobile from Yaesu. Used, in good condition. Operates on 2m and 70cm (440mHz). Hi/Lo power: 50/5w VHF, 40/5w UHF. Has all kinds of repeater adjustments (odd splits, etc), DTMF and the optional tone squelch (PL) modules on both bands. Ten memories per band, nice daylight visible display. The display lamps work so it looks good at night, too. The front panel can be remoted from the body if you can find the right splitter kit. (YSK-4700) Has the usual scratches, etc., of a used unit, but it's definitely not abused. There are a couple of minor scratches on the display, but they don't affect readability at all. (you can easily read the displays in the pix). It does have one minor issue that I'm aware of: the up/down buttons on the mic don't work. I say this is a minor issue because you can duplicate the functions at the front panel, you just have to reach a little. I should imagine that if you replaced the mic, it would work ok, or you might just take the mic apart and clean the switches to fix. (maybe) It's really quite a nice radio, I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it around. So, off it goes to a new happy home! NOTE: This radio does not do cross-band repeat. MH-15 mic, MMB-27 quick-release bracket, 5 ft DC harness, original owners manual (with schematics) and an N -> SO-239 adapter.
