Vintage JC Penney Transceiver/Scanner CB Radio. 23 Channel. serial number 61108493. Has external speaker and PA speaker hookup on back. Comes with Microphone and clip, mounting hardware, Tested and power comes on. Don't know if it's worth mentioning, but plastic fuse holder has a crack on one side, not a big deal.
