A rare find - an original Blackhawk Half-Track Instruction Manual and Parts List for Allis Chalmers B and CA Tractors, Arps Corporation, New Holstein, Wis. Size is 8-1/2 x 11". 14 pages, not including covers. Condition is good - shows only a light amount of normal shop wear. Front cover has some light soiling, little more on rear cover plus some scuffing. Inside pages are suprisingly clean, and totally free from notes and scribbles. The manual has a crease as if it were partly folded, but it doesn't appear to have been folded over completely. Pages 1 - 8 cover installation, trouble-shooting, and parts list for CA tractor; both regular tracks and rubber-belted. Pages 9-14 ditto for B, but only regular tracks as "rubber-belted track cannot be installed on the Model B". No date found. Rear cover shows '532' in lower left corner. The installation instructions and clearly illustrated parts list could be a lifesaver for anyone to install, repair, restore, or trouble-shoot a set of half-tracks. This item will make a nice addition to any Allis Chalmers owner's or enthusiast's collection, or anyone interested in half-tracks. Thanks for looking!
