This is a BRAND NEW tire and rim that have been in the barn for long enough. My husband bought this set for a New Holland hay baler that we no longer have - but it was never put on the machine! There is some 'dust' on it, but only because it has been here for some time. Firestone 31 x 13.50 - 15 8 ply rating / rib implement / high flotation / tubeless HF .
