It comes in its box. It might be unused but I am unsure. The wing nuts on bottom are rusted and I took a picture but that can happen from sitting around. They do move freely. I took a picture of all sides and it does not look like it has been exposed to the elements. Charges up 25 miles of fence. I bought myself one to use this summer. Portable and a great way to move livestock around to different pastures after they eat one field off.
