This is a new high quality, made in Germany, Emuge Corp. ¾ “ 16 tpi tap. Specs : ¾ - 16 UNF – 3 B Typ 2 D, L 1 – 6 These taps are over $80 each from MSC. Great for making faceplates, backplates or other fixtures for Sherline and Taig lathes. I have also been told that this is the spindle thread of many of the woodworking Mini lathes.
