This is an Astatic D-104 mic with the T-UG8 stand. It's not working, but it probably will when the cord end is repaired (broken plug with unsoldered wires) and also if a new battery were installed in the base. The mic is untested, since ithe cord needs repair and I don't have a radio to plug it into anyway. The mic itself looks pretty nice with minimal wear. The stem part has some wear and the base has quite a bit of wear to the paint, sticker, and felt on the bottom, plus it is missing a screw that holds on the bottom plate. There is circuitry inside the bottom part and a place for a 9V battery.
