Ortec planar HPGe detector, 25mm dia, 17mm active depth, nomial 325eV FWHM at 5.9 keV. –1500V bias. Standard cabling, approx 8 years old. Good condition, functional. Resolution is at least reasonable and may be good as new. Model Number: GLP-25325/17-p-s Configuration: PopTop with beryllium endcap on 3-liter Gamma-gauge Spectra were acquired prior to listing, using inexpensive nuclear electronics set to 1us shaping time, and available radiation sources - Am-241, Ba-133, Cs-137, Th-232. Since the electronics and sources used in that test were not as good as Ortec's certification setup the results are not fully comparable. The Am-241 spectrum at 60 keV had a FWHM of 0.7 keV. The Ba-133 at 356 keV had a FWHM of 1.9 keV The Cs-137 at 662 keV had a FWHM of 2.6 keV (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
