This is a sprinkler gauge which is solid with only surface rusting. The glass is not broken or chipped. The measurements are about 5" wide and 1 3/4" deep. The dial reads up to 250 and states within a cross on the bottom center U.S. GAUGE CO N.Y. PATENTED SEPT 1906. I do not know if it works.
