Stunning Drake TR-4CW rit **In Perfect Condition** Allow me to introduce my company, Radio-Mart which has been the market leader specializing in Collins and Drake equipment for several years now with sales reaching over 5,500 Drake items in the past 2 years. Well I have been looking at prices that this fine rig has been fetching lately and even though I said I would never sell my own TR-4CW rit, I can’t resist it. The transceiver is perfect in every way; the paint is all original and as unmarked as you will find and the front panel is also truly unmarked. The chassis is dust free and electronically it is perfect, working above book specs. I am the second owner of this transceiver from new and have owned the rig in excess of 8 years. I will be sad to see the transceiver go if it reaches my reserve but as winter is just around the corner I have a different hobby in mind that I pursue and it absorbs a great deal of cash so this will certainly help. The serial # of this transceiver is 43974 All new tubes fitted less than 4 weeks ago and I fully aligned the transceiver just before listing it to compensate for component changes due to age. All controls are fully functional and positive in their action and the tuning is smooth with no free play what so ever, it has not seen very much use and has always been covered when not in use. The transceiver has not been in a smoking environment, what else can I say? To me it’s a perfect example of this classic and highly sought after transceiver.
