Ando AQ-1720 Optical Fiber Analyzer w/AQ-1723 Light Wave Analyzer Single Mode up to 1300NM Please review item Description & Condition MANUFACTURER'S Specifications: (NOTE - Found these specs on the Web, cant guarantee they are correct) The type AQ 1720 Optical Fibre Analyzer detects fresnel reflected light and back scattered light for light pulses launched into a fibre to locate fibre faults and measure transmission and splice losses at the input end of the fibre. In addition to displaying improved S/N averaged waveforms on the display as still pictures, the type AQ 1720 provides repetitive display of measured waveforms for optical fibre monitoring. The AQ 1720 can also make automatic measurement through GP-IB interface for fibre characteristics recording and analysis. Installed Option AQ-1723B Single Mode (1.3 u Band) Cosmetically and physically this unit is in Good to Very Good with a few cabinet scratches here and there. Buttons all seem to work and the CRT display changes the information. NOT tested professionally This unit comes from a working large-scale industrial/lab environment.
