The brand is Collis part# 77823 it has a 1-1/4 straight shank 4" overall length with a set screw flat projection 5-11/16" and the body diameter is 2.830. The tap adaptor size is a #3 availble with or without torque control. This adaptor will also hold standard ISO taps and the tension range is 7/8" and compression range of 3/8 and sells new for $550.00 We are a tool grinding and tool supply sales and service company.
