This is for two nail hole slot punch made by tapco tools, model number 11376. it looks like the malco model and seems to be of the same dimensions. it is used to punch a nail slot in vinyl siding or coil and aluminum trim. This tool creates a slot in your material allowing for expansion and contraction in your siding or trim. The aution includes one brand new tool and one used one as shown in the photo.
