They are pre painted a BLACK color see pictures. This rim features a VALVE STEM GUARD see picture for welded metal guard around valve stem hole. BLACK in color! This rim is 11.0 inches (over all) in width.  5.0 inches of the rim is to the inside &  6.0 inches to the outside. This is a SLIGHTLY NEGATIVE OFFSET rim and allows for maximum strength and stability while allowing for a stable PLATFORM !
