This is a nice little scanner. I bought it new and haven't used it a whole lot. I used it in the past to listen to airport traffic at the nearby airport. I've listened to highway construction crews, police, fire, ambulance, the drivethrough person at the hamburger joint, neighbors on their cordless phones, and cell phone conversations. This scanner gets the 800 Band. Also included is the original owner's manual. This scanner will either scan between a set range of frequencies, scan between all frequencies, or scan between preset frequencies. You can program up to 200 seperate frequencies, on ten 20-channel banks. Scan one bank, two banks, up to all ten, or any number inbetween.
