~VINTAGE STEWART WARNER HAND TACHOMETER STILL NEW IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER~ With original sale receipt dated 1976 Obtianed from elderly estate and does not appear to have ever been used. Stewart- Warner portable hand Tachometer in original container with instructions complete with the two tips as pictured and the instructions sheet. Made by the Stewart Warner Corporation 1826 Diversey Parkway, Chicago 14, Illinois model 757-W. This hand held instrument is for checking speeds on saws, pulleys, shafts, engines, etc. It is sturdily constructed, can be used to check clockwise and counter clockwise speeds from 100 up to 4000 R.P.M. Two tips are supplied with the tachometer ; No. 96798 for shafts having a center hole, No. 96799 for measuring speeds of flat shafts, pulleys, etc. Works just perfect when spun by hand.
