This item has the following features: * Variable Voltage of 0 - 170 VAC. * Capable of a load up to 2.25 Amps. * Standard U.S. three prong electrical plug or banana jacks for output. * Analog voltage and amp meter that also shows line in voltage. * Integrated circuit breaker and grounded wall plug. The WP-29A is a very stable and versatile variac (variable AC power transformer). This item is an invaluable tool on the electronics work bench. It has been used in a laboratory environment and may have a few dents or scratches but these are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation and extreme reliability of this item. The current scale looks faded in this picture, however, this is not the case on the actual item. This item has been tested and is working with in the scope of the manufacturer's specifications.
