Ross Engineering Hi-Z VM25E-ALP-6 25KV PHASING TESTER VOLTMETER VOLTMETER. Excellent for accurate cable elbow and other capacitance voltage tap test point measurement, phasing, energized line or switch open or closed indication, as well as direct HV line voltage measurement. The VM25 measures very low current high source impedance voltages in three or more ranges to 25KV. Item is in great condition and shows ulta low use.
