The Serial Channel Buffer (SCB) can be used to receive, accumulate and deliver data on request, transfer through an RS-232 channel. Standard memory capacity for data accumulation is from 256 KB to 2MB (SCB 256KB, SCB 512KB, SCB 1M, SCB 2MB). Power is supplied via the RS-232 port and does not require additional power supply. The Buffer may refuse slow asynchronous data stream. The device is realized as a DB25-DB25 adapter (male-female). The Buffer is mono-directional device, i.e. it accumulates and transfers data in one direction. You must have a return authorization number to return your product.
