Somewhat dirty and stained, but nice. Only the slightest rust is coming thru the painting, mostly on the mounting edges where it will not matter so much. Each handle seems to be bored and countersunk for #10 Flat head screws, brass would be appropriate and easily obtainable in any length, but are NOT included.
