R-390A, Reproduction Collins PTO Label Cosmos PTO label for a R-390A. This is a reproduction label that was done with Auto-Cad and Paint Shop Pro. It is not an exact phot duplicate, but is extremely close to the original. It will greatly improve the appearance of your receiver. These are peel and stick, I just stick them over the old original label. Installation only takes a couple of seconds, removal of the PTO is not necessary.
