Vintage Tag-Heppenstall moisture meter, Model 8003 In original wood case with leather strap 115 volt electric meter with terminals and wire used to connect to a separate component (not included) to measure moisture content. Name plate also indicates it to be a "Tag Battery Eliminator". Used in the 1960's and later to check grain moisture content. Manufactured by C. J.
